Appointing
Once each member of your interviewing panel has agreed and the decision is final you can start the next process of appointing your new member of staff.
Standard practice is that a member of the interviewing panel would contact the successful candidate by phone, followed in writing. Your letter will explain the facts of the job and that the offer is subject to the relevant documentation such as references and CRB disclosure.
