Within your recruitment file there should be the following documentation:
• CRB Statement
• Job Description
• Letter to Applicants
• Additional Organisational Information
• Application Form
• Job Advert
• Guidance Notes for Application
• Equality and Diversity Monitoring Form
These are just some of the necessary documents which will need to be organised and up to date before you advertise your post.
Once you have organised your recruitment folder it is a good idea to keep it as up to date as possible. This will save time in the future when recruiting again. Why not put a reminder in your schedule to update all documents within your annual review?
